Returns Policy

• You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. (We must also receive item before the 14 days.)
• If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.
• You are responsible of covering the cost of the return.
• Please note that exceptions may apply for the return of certain items, or for hygienic reasons.
• If you have any questions, please contact us.

Instructions For Returning Goods

• If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail, with your name, address, PayPal e-mail address, and a specification of which items that the return relates to.
• Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
• You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
• If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment
• The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
• If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse any form of refund.

Where Do You Ship To?

Currently, Lavish Jane exclusively ship to the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands. We hope to offer worldwide shipping soon!

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be posted out the same day if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri.

If you order after 2pm, or on weekends / bank holidays, your order will be posted out next working day.

Orders over £40 qualify for free postage and will be sent 1st class

1st Class – can be expected to arrive within 2 working days after ordering
2nd Class – can be expected to arrive within 3 working days after ordering.

At busy times, items can be delayed so bare this in mind. If you think an item is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will chase it up for you. If we find the item has been “delivered”, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

I Love An Item, But It Says You've Sold Out?

We understand this can be VERY annoying indeed, however, if an item is in high demand, we will do all we can to re-stock.

Drop us an email to let us know, and we will notify you once it’s available again.

Can I Amend My Order?

Please make sure your order is correct before checkout. If a mistake occurs, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

If your item has already been been posted to you, we will await your return.

I Forgot To Use A Discount Code?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to amend it. If the discount is still valid, on your next order you can still use it.

Can I Use Several Discount Codes On My Order?

Only one discount code per order.
